1XL series axial fan is a serrated scimitar-shaped fan. Its advantage is bearing high pressure and with low noise. This impeller is widely used in compressor and cooling device. Both flange and impeller are aluminum material. Mount version can be flange, shaft or taperlock. Assembly form (A or B) is decided by customer’s request. H plate impellers are easy to install which is suitable for massive production. We can customize the impeller diameter, plate and bushing according to your demand.

1XL is a small size axial fan whose diameter can be customized. While the blade angles can also be adjusted from 25 ° to 50 ° to meet customers’ different application requirements. Blades injection molded from die cast aluminum alloys have some notable features. The blades are in high-strength and corrision-proof. Meanwhile, aluminum axial fans can bear temperature from -40℃ to 150℃ with no deformation.

Can I get a sample piece to test before ordering in a bulk?

Of course, we support sample service after confirming your demand, including blade model, flange or axle sizes, blow direction etc.
The quality for bulk order would be exactly same as the sample ones.

Yes, all fans can be replaced. We can customize the connection holes and bushings, to confirm the fan can be fitted.
Besides, we will balance and match the angle to the power speed to ensure its safety.

Yes, our factory is located in Changzhou, JiangSu. We produce and export series of cooling fan, axial fan, draught fan etc with high-end quality. Our factory has 60 people’ team and four departments including fan manufacturing, mould processing, injection molding and wind tunnel test. Products range from fields of engineering machinery, engine, cooling machines, central air-conditioning, refrigeration equipment, screw air compressor,
wind power equipment etc.
